Calm Globes

Rose quartz facial massage spheres for gentle tension release of neck and jaw muscles. We consider these the must have accessory to long hours of screen work.

The Calm Globes is a set of 3 rose quartz spheres:

• Size S for releasing tension and stagnation around and under the cheek bones.
• Size M for relaxing the jaws
• Size M for melting af away neck tension

How to:

• Hold the large rose quartz sphere in your hand and place your elbow on a table. Gently press the sphere on your neck muscle where you feel the most tension.
• Slowly turn your head down to the side and up again to release tension along the neck muscle. You are not moving the sphere or the arm, it is the turning of the head that does the massage.
• Now hold the medium sized sphere in your hand and place on the jaw muscle where you feel the most tension. Use the same movement as before moving your head down to the side and up again.
• Try to open your mouth slightly to deepen the massage.
• Release tension and stagnation along the cheek bone using the smallest sphere.
• Place the smallest sphere right under the cheek bone and repeat the same motion as before.
